If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Blübiome Beauty purchase, we will gladly accept returns on unopened / mostly unused orders placed within 30 days. Simply complete the Return Authorization Form and return the merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable.

If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required.
