Are all ingredients natural?

Blübiome sources only the highest quality, clean ingredients and we are committed to using only natural ingredients. Blübiome also believes in science and use the best possible ingredients to give you clean, non-toxic formulas and amazing results. It is important to mention that natural does not always mean it’s good for you and science doesn’t always equal bad. 

What is the shelf life of your products?

Products should be properly stored, away from heat sources and direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. If stored properly, our products have a shelf life of one year.

Are your products cruelty free?

Yes, we are Leaping Bunny Certified. As such Blübiome does not and shall not conduct, commission, or be party to any animal testing of our products or our ingredient suppliers.

Do you offer free sample?

Our artisanal small batch handcrafted processes and ingredient sourcing does not easily lend itself to sample packaging.

Do you offer promotional or discount codes?

Yes, we do offer periodic promotional codes to our customers. Sign up for our newsletter and follow us on social media for latest updates. 

Do you accept international orders?

We do not accept international orders at this time.

Do you offer a Natural and Sustainable Guarantee?

Yes, all ingredients are derived from renewable sources, manufactured by environmentally friendly processes and free from:

Do you have a list of ‘no no’ or ‘dirty list’ of ingredients?

Yes, we have compiled a general list of the ingredients we exclude from our formulations. While we acknowledge remarkable advances in science and novel compounds safely available in the market, our belief is that natural living is closely related to mindful and intentional living. As such while many synthetic ingredients are proven safe, we’ve chosen to avoid formulating with them and find high performing natural alternatives.

Are your products made in the U.S.?

Yes, all of our products are made in Austin, Texas from natural, globally sourced ingredients.

Can I cancel or modify an order once it has been placed?

No, since our order fulfillment system is automated, we will not have time to interrupt the order process once initiated.

Damaged Items

If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately at support@blubiomebeauty.com. The freight carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged items for replacement.
